At 20 Versus 1, we are committed to providing high-quality, unique products that represent your loyalty and passion for hip-hop culture. Please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

1. Order Failed to Deliver

If your order was not delivered due to an incorrect address or it was unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. You will receive an email notification once the order arrives back at our facility. We will hold the order for 28 days at no cost. During this time, please confirm your correct address if you wish to have the order reshipped. Note that shipping costs for reshipments will apply.

2. Damaged or Mislabeled Items

We take pride in our product quality and perform thorough quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or mislabeled item, we take full responsibility and will provide a free replacement.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a detailed description and photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist you and arrange a reshipment.

3. Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Each product is made specifically for you, and as such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or for change of mind.

4. Lost in Transit

If your order is lost in transit, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. If the package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can assist you in locating the package. If it is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

5. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and your neighbors. If the package cannot be located, please contact us, and we will help you resolve the issue. Note that we do not cover refunds for carrier errors.
